Let Henry's customize a fundraising package for your group.
Henrys Candy started in the fundraising business in 1966, selling Easter candy to schools, Boy Scout troops, Girl Scouts and other organizations. Now Henrys has many different types of fundraisers to offer your group. Below you will find information on the following programs.

EASTER FUNDRAISER
HOW DOES THE SALE WORK?
We supply your group with order booklets and master sheets they take out and sell from.
Then each seller completes and submits a master form.
We pack each master order to be returned to the seller and distributed to the individual buyers.
HOW LONG DO WE HAVE TO SELL THE CANDY?
Your group determines the length of the sale.
We will give you a cut off date, as to when we need the orders in by.
HOW MUCH PROFIT DO WE EARN?
Profit is based on the dollar volume of your groups order

WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE?
Full payment is due when your order is picked up.
To avoid paying sales tax, a completed sales tax exempt form (ST-119.1) must accompany payment.
WHAT ABOUT SALES TAX?
If your group does not have a tax exempt number, you must collect 8.75% sales tax on the total amount of their order.
If your group has a tax exempt number, you do not collect sales tax on their order.

PRETZEL ROD FUNDRAISER
HOW DO WE SELL THE PRETZEL RODS?
Pretzel Rods are packed single flavor 15 per box.
Can be sold at functions or events.
MILK CHOCOLATE PRETZEL RODS:
Cost:
Each box costs you $15.00.
Suggested selling price is $2.00.
Profit $1.00 per pretzel rod. (50%).
SPECIALTY PRETZEL RODS:
Milk Chocolate with M&Msฎ
Milk Chocolate with Toffee
Milk Chocolate with Peanut Butter Chips
Milk Chocolate with White Chips
Milk Chocolate with Reeses Piecesฎ
Cost:
Each box costs you $19.50.
Suggested selling price is $2.00.
Profit $0.70 per pretzel rod. (35%).
WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE?
Full payment is due when you pick up your order.
A completed sales tax exempt form (ST-119.1) must be presented when you pick up your order, or sales tax will be charged.
All sales are final, no returns.
WHAT ABOUT SALES TAX?

FUNDRAISING WITH FUDGE
HOW DO WE SELL THE FUDGE?
Your group takes orders on the supplied order forms for 8 oz packages of fudge. The forms are then returned to us and we fill the orders.
Your group determines the length of the sale.
We pack the order per seller.
HOW MUCH DO WE SELL IT FOR?
You determine the selling price of the fudge.
Each package of fudge costs you $3.00 at a suggested selling price of $6.00
Profit of $3.00 per container (50%)

Normal delivery is within two weeks.

Your group will sell 13 oz boxes of peanut brittle
Your group takes orders on the supplied order forms.

We pack the order per seller.

Your group determines the length of the sale.
HOW MUCH DO WE MAKE?
Each box of peanut brittle costs you $4.00
Your group determines the selling price.
Suggested price is $7.00 Profit $3.00 per box (42%)

Suckers are made of milk chocolate and sealed in a clear bag.
Can be sold at functions or events.
HOW MUCH DO WE MAKE?

-Suckers are packed 25 to a box (.75oz. each).
-Each box costs you $15.00 (.60 per sucker).
-Your group determines the selling price.
Rose Bouquet Sucker
-Suckers are packed 25 to a box (1oz. each).
-Each box costs you $18.00 (.72 per sucker).
-Your group determines the selling price.
